whoops i don't remember writing that comment :S I wanted to like Catcher in the Rye I really did ><But I think his book has contributed a lot to literature. After all, banned books are usually the best ones xD
P.S for those of you who may or may not know, he was the author of The Catcher In the Rye. Just a quick entry.. for now.
